Fat Loss Diet

We could talk about the best fat loss diet options all day long, but Iím going to tell you that the easiest, simplest ways to burn fat is by eating a diet filled with whole, natural foods. This is my diet secret.

In fact, I can eat as much food as I want and I never, ever go hungry with this type of fat loss diet. Itís simple, and I want to show you how easy it is to follow. There are just a few simple rules.

The first rule is to eat more fruits and vegetables. These are ďnutrient denseĒ foods, meaning you get a lot of vitamins, minerals, and fiber from a small number of calories. In fact, I say there is no limit to the amount of fruits and vegetables you can eat in a day.

Most folks only get 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables, and most of that comes by accident! But if you truly want a simple fat loss diet tip, I suggest you start adding a one serving of fruit and one vegetable per day to your diet and youíll start losing fat.

Start slow, otherwise your stomach could get upset. Work your way up to eating 3-4 servings of fruit per day, and 5 servings of vegetables. That sounds like a lot, but when you learn how small a serving is (1 small banana or 1 small apple is a serving of fruit), then youíll realize how easy it is to improve the health and fat burning effectiveness of your diet.

The second rule of my simple fat loss diet plan is start adding at least one, if not two to three ounces of raw nuts to your daily snacks. Most people are resistant to this recommendation because they believe nuts have too many calories and too much fat.

However, research shows that when people eat more raw nuts (such as almonds, cashews, pecans, or walnuts), they donít gain weight. This is likely due to the high-fiber content of the nuts that fill you up and prevent you from overeating at other meals.

As with the fruits and vegetables, I urge you to start slow. One ounce of almonds is 22 pieces, so if you donít eat any nuts now, I recommend you start with just 11 pieces (a half ounce) per day for a few days. Add these to a morning or afternoon snack to help keep you full and energetic between meals.

The third rule is to avoid all processed and modified foods from a bag or a box. This includes the worst offenders like cake, ice cream, chips, and cookies, as well as bread, pasta, and breakfast cereals.

These foods are calorie dense and should be avoided on a whole, natural foods diet. The worst offenders also contain deadly trans-fats that can cause heart disease. Other so-called healthy modified carbohydrate foods like breakfast cereals often spike your blood sugar, make you tired, and leave you hungry within an hour or two.

You would be much better off starting your day with eggs, fruit, vegetables, and maybe even some nuts. Recent research found that starting the day with eggs helps folks lose weight. Combine that with the Turbulence Training workouts and youíll burn belly fat fast.

As part of my fat loss diet, I eat 4 eggs plus some raw vegetables and salsa to start my day. I also include an apple and Green Tea at that meal. I also take a Vitamin C pill and 2 tablespoons of fish oil. Later in the morning I will have a snack of blueberries and raw pecans mixed with a little peanut butter and coconut flakes.

Those are just two examples of the whole, natural food meals that are part of the best fat loss diet plan you can have.
