Lose Body Fat Fast

If you want to lose body fat fast but cardio isn’t working for you, I have some great news. First, by working out less with the Turbulence Training workouts, you will actually be able to lose belly fat faster. Plus, I’m also going to show you a few diet tips to lose fat.

The first thing you need to do is something that everyone knows to do, but does wrong. And that’s cut calories. For most folks, this isn’t hard to do. You must stop drinking calories (i.e. no more high-calorie coffees, no more juice, and no more sugar-filled energy drinks).

Second, and here’s where folks go wrong, you shouldn’t cut out all fat, but instead you should focus on cutting out all processed foods. Some fat, such as the fat found in almonds, fish oil, and olive oil, is actually good for you and your weight loss program. On the other hand, trans-fats – found in processed foods – are the fats to avoid.

Plus, you want to eliminate all process carbohydrates, sugar, and white flour calories from your diet. So stop eating muffins when you should be eating eggs for breakfast. That simple change will help you lose body fat fast, according to recent research.

Another easy dietary change you can make is to start eating more whole, natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, and raw nuts. You don’t need to eat an entirely “raw diet”, but you can take some tips from lean vegetarians and add more of these appetite suppressing foods to your diet to lose body fat fast.

Cut out breakfast cereal and add fruits and raw nuts to your breakfast. Breakfast cereals often contain processed carbohydrates and added sugar, and some of the so-called “healthy” cereals even contain trans-fats!

You might also need to increase your protein intake if you want to lose belly fat. Research shows that getting 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight is a great way to boost your weight loss. For a 154 pound person, that’s only 112 grams of protein, and isn’t too hard to achieve.

Once you have created a fat burning diet with these changes, you’ll be ready to add more fuel to the fat burning fire by improving your workout plan. Just Say NO to Cardio and stop doing it everyday. In place of cardio, you’ll lose body fat fast if you use interval training and resistance training.

If you want to lose fat, you can’t ignore the simple 2-part equation of having fewer calories coming in than you have going out. Since we’ve already reduced the number of calories in, we can now focus on intervals, resistance, and bodyweight training to boost the number of calories “going out” of your body.

The Turbulence Training workouts burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, and you might even boost your metabolism at rest (burning even more calories). Research shows that interval training helps women lose body fat fast – while cardio doesn’t do the job at all.

Plus, research and experience shows that resistance training helps sculpt muscle and burn calories during the workout. It even helps men and women burn fat and gain muscle at the same time.
