With these secrets, you'll be able to lose 3-5 pounds per week at first, and an inch of abdominal fat from your stomach in just 7-14 days. Secret number one is all about nutrition. You might think that low-carb is the best diet for fat loss, and while it's true that it is better than a high-carbohydrate diet, I disagree that you should cut back on fruit. Research shows that increasing fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan will help you lose weight. If you aren't eating at least a combined 10 servings of fruits and vegetables than you are going to struggle trying to lose abdominal fat. Adding produce and fiber to your diet will satisfy your appetite and increase your mental energy. You'll never be tired and you'll always have strength and endurance for exercise. The third secret of burning belly fat is to use bodyweight and dumbbell exercises in non-competing supersets. This is powerful stuff. By combining bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to help you lose abdominal fat, you'll actually be able to get a lot of exercise done in a short amount of time.
