Here are the secrets to help you lose 5 pounds in 7 days. If you want to lose weight quick, all you need to do is follow these simple steps. You’ll burn fat fast and fit back into your old clothes or bathing suit for the beach.

When my client Nick first came to me and needed to lose weight quick, the first thing I did was check his diet. The fastest way to burn fat is to cut out bad foods, such as fast food, junk food, sweets, juices, sodas, and anything with added sugar.

Heck, sugar is even worse than fat when you want to lose weight. Cut out all your sugar and you’ll lose 3 pounds in a week, easy. Next, cut out all of the processed carbohydrates in your diet and you’ll lose another 1-2 pounds in a week.

Processed carbohydrates include white bread, breakfast cereals, pasta, muffins, and any type of pastry. That stuff will stop your fat burning like running into a brick wall! So once we cut out those foods from Nick’s diet, he lost 5 pounds in a week. Boom! Just like that.

In fact, the more overweight you are, the more fat you will lose in that first week. I’ve had clients on my Turbulence Training for fat loss system lose over 10 pounds in just 7 days. It’s outrageous how you can lose weight quick if have treated your body wrong for so long.
