Fat Weight Loss
Do you eat too much? Exercise too little? Have a big belly? Like most men, Turbulence Training member Hal Empsom had a lot of fat weight loss to do if he wanted to get healthy again. He was overweight, unhealthy, and on the verge of death, even though he was powerlifting.
Hal came to Turbulence Training after having spent the last 28 years in the military. He was 46 and lifting heavy weights, but every time he bent down to tie his shoes, he felt like he was going to have a heart attack!
He had also been fooled by the promises of long, slow cardio workouts. Hal tried everything from the elliptical machine to the stair stepper, but still wasnít able to get the fat weight loss he wanted. He even tried 10k runs but he still had a lot of belly fat.
His final shift to powerlifting (and the bad eating that goes with it) helped Hal get bigger than ever. But thatís when he noticed how red his face was getting (due to high blood pressure), so he went to the doctor only to get more bad news.

Hal was dying fast from being overweight and eating poorly. His cholesterol and triglycerides were sky high! It was only a matter of time before Hal would have a heart attack.
After only 12 weeks of using Turbulence Training, Hal lost 33 pounds of fat, 9 inches from his waist, slashed his cholesterol and triglycerides by almost half, and gained energy and confidence. Now he knows heís not going to keel over tomorrow. Getting rid of that nagging worry of sudden death has lifted a huge weight from his (and his familyís) shoulders.
Surprisingly, Hal even started with the 4-week beginner phase of Turbulence Training, showing you that no matter how strong you are (remember that he was a powerlifter), you can achieve fat weight loss with any level of Turbulence Training. He followed that with four weeks of the intermediate level and finishing with the Original Turbulence Training Workout for the final four weeks of the contest.
Hal was shocked by how tough the beginner and intermediate workout programs were, but he loved the results and feeling of accomplishment he had at the end of each session. Plus, Hal could no longer spend hours doing powerlifting and cardio each week, so the short, burst Turbulence Training workouts were perfect for his fat weight loss goals.
Hal was done each workout in 45 minutes or less and was able to get back to work or on to family activities. These workouts fit his lifestyle perfectly, but he was also able to stay active on his off-days, and eventually started using the Turbulence Training bodyweight off-day workouts to get his day started.
Youíll feel an amazing sense of accomplishment if you start your day with those fun exercises. Bodyweight exercises are so much better than slow, boring, dreadful cardio. Halís abs are now starting to poke through, even though he doesnít do crunches.
Of course, Hal also changed his diet, following the simple Turbulence Training mantra of, ďEat nothing out of a box or bag; eat more fruits, veggies and lean proteins; eat less bread and sugar.Ē Itís so simple but it works. Powerfully!
And finally, Hal used the social support system available to all Turbulence Training members. Social support is a proven, yet secret way of losing fat. You need support from friends, family, and even strangers online. You canít do it all on your own! Hal learned that and look at his results. He lost over 33 pounds in 12 weeks and kicked death off his doorstep!
