Weight Loss Pictures
Weight loss pictures are inspiring, motivating, and encouraging to yourself and others, and I highly recommend you take photos of your body before, during, and after you start a fat burning program.
Three times per year I run the Turbulence Training Transformation Contest where men and women from all over the world use Turbulence Training for Fat Loss for 12-weeks.
At the start of the program, they take before weight loss pictures, and then they take them again 12 weeks later. Many folks also take their photos at 4-week intervals. This is important for many reasons, but the most important being that the photos are a requirement for the contest.
At the end of the contest, we have hundreds of before and after photos to look at, along with powerfully inspiring stories of how men and women from all over the world overcame huge obstacles and were able to lose weight. Folks with kids, folks who used to have an eating disorder, and folks who work 50-60 hours per week are all losing weight.

Without their weight loss pictures, they would have nothing to document the amazing body transformation journey they just went through. So even if you are not participating in the Turbulence Training contest, I highly recommend you have someone take before and after photos as you start burning fat.
However, there are some key points to keep in mind when taking your weight loss pictures. The first is to use good lighting. Nothing is worse than trying to see the changes in someone’s body when there are shadows and bad lighting.
Second, you need to include a copy of that day’s newspaper in the photo, to verify the start and end dates of your weight loss transformation. Only by including these photos would you be eligible to win the contest – and win my money!
Third, you should wear as little as possible. The best is to wear your swimsuit – trunks if you are a guy and a bikini if you are a woman. Hey, no one said this was going to be easy. I understand a lot of folks are uncomfortable wearing these in photos, but it will be worth it when you take your after photos in the same outfit.
You also need to remember that you don’t ever have to share these weight loss pictures with the world if you don’t want. They can always be just for your own personal motivation. But if you want to win the Turbulence Training contest – and my money – then you need to have the best before and after photos that you possibly can.
In addition to your fat loss before and after pics, you should also take a lot of measurements at both times. These include weight, body fat percentage, limb circumferences, and hip, chest, and waist measures. Again, no one likes to see these at the start, but they provide motivation and reward as the contest goes on.
The amazing thing about most weight loss pictures is that not only do you notice a huge weight loss over time, but you also see yourself look 10 years younger in just a few short weeks. It’s totally amazing what some folks can do just by eating better, using Turbulence Training, and losing weight.
I promise you that no matter how much you dread taking your weight loss pictures that it will be the best thing you could do to document your fat burning journey. You should be very proud of yourself for being brave and for losing weight and looking younger.
