Lose Weight Tips

Ready or not, here come the most politically incorrect tips to lose weight you can get. If you want to burn fat and are sick and tired of being told lies by so-called fitness experts, you are going to love learning the truth about weight loss.

Will you lose weight by doing exercise with soup cans? No way. Will you burn fat by parking further away in the parking lot at work? Fat chance. Will you lose weight by counting points? I doubt it. Will you burn fat with cardio? Nope.

If want to lose weight, you need better tips than that. You need the truth. You need the politically incorrect truth. So here it is. First, you can say goodbye to cardio and long workouts. However, you must also say hello to short bursts of interval training. I’ve known this for years, since I was training athletes out on the fields as a graduate student strength coach in University.

We’d go through some very politically incorrect workouts. The athletes would be huffing and puffing and sweating buckets, no matter what the weather. We weren’t inside on any fancy, expensive, ineffective machines watching the calorie counter. If you want to lose weight, here’s a tip: Just say NO to cardio!

Research shows cardio doesn’t work as well as politically incorrect interval training. I know personal trainers are supposed to recommend thirty minutes of cardio per day for weight loss, but that is so lame and ineffective. That’s why I’m not very well liked in the personal training industry. No one likes to hear the truth I speak!

If you want to lose weight, the tips I give are to work hard and do fewer workouts. You need to do resistance training supersets rather than use the fancy machines. Gym owners practically hate me because I show clients how to burn fat at home. My clients love it so they don’t have to go to the gym and listen to the politically correct crap music that is played.

My clients also love getting workouts done faster, so they don’t end up wasting time on ineffective exercises. They are too busy for BS exercises that politically correct trainers suggest just to try and please everyone.

I’ve never wanted to please everyone. In fact, I’ve always wanted to upset more people than I’ve pleased with my recommendations. I’ve had clients fire me because I made them work too hard and focus on their form.

Most clients these days just hire a trainer to be a buddy and want to gab and yak through the entire workout. But I don’t let that happen. My clients be quiet and work hard so they can leave early. They’d rather talk to someone more important than me anyways!

I also have some pretty politically incorrect nutrition tips for my clients too. They hate that I tell them to cut all the sugar from their diets, until they lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Then they love me. Or love to hate me. I’m not sure which! But when people want the truth in tips about how to lose weight, they come to me for no BS!
