Donít you think those weight loss photos of transformations are a scam? Well, I thought so too until I found the Turbulence Training Transformation Contest winners. These folks are real people getting real results.

Second, itís best if you wear the same outfit for both your before and after weight loss photos. This simple strategy allows for folks to get the best idea of how you have made your dramatic transformation.
Third, donít be shy. If you are going to do this, do it right! That means wearing a bikini (for the women, of course!) or swim trunks. Donít cover yourself up. I know it will be slightly embarrassing to take these photos at the start, but if you really want to document a powerful change in your body, wear the clothing that will let the world see how well you did with all that hard work.
Believe me, youíll be so proud of your transformation at the end you wonít care about the before photos. Weight loss photos truly are worth 1000 words, if not much, much more.
Fourth, it doesnít hurt to have a bit of a tan and to shave some body hair for your weight loss photos. I know, I know, these are against your personal code of conduct, but if you donít do this, is there really any point to taking the photos? Remember that you are also trying to inspire others, and they want to see what they can achieve.
You donít have to get oiled up or wax your chest (I knew a friend who did that and I told him he was crazy!), but trim your chest hair (talking to guys here, of course!) and get a bit of a tan (everyone). Both of these subtle tips will allow an accurate representation of all of your hard work.
Fifth, take weight loss photos from the front, side, and back. Take some in normal clothes too, for dramatic effect. The winner of the first Turbulence Training contest won simply because she showed she fit back into her skinny jeans.
Sixth, make sure you have your newspaper in your weight loss photos to document the dates. That is a rule in the Turbulence Training contest!
