Stomach Fat Burn

He also just didn't have time for those long cardio programs. Not only did he have a young son who needed his father around (Juan was a single dad raising his boy), but he also was going to college full-time so he could get a good job to support his family.

After he read about the Dark Side of Cardio, Juan decided to try the belly fat burning program called, Turbulence Training. This program was the exact opposite of what he had been trying for years, but without success.

If you want to burn stomach fat, you need to follow in Juan's footsteps. First, give up long, slow boring cardio. It's a waste of your time and it doesn't really work for burning belly fat.

Second, give up crunches and sit-ups too. Those exercises do little, if anything, to help you burn stomach fat and you'll lose nothing by giving up those exercises.

Third, you need to focus on eating fewer calories than you need. The easiest way to do this is by giving up sugar, soda, processed foods, and fast foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and even raw nuts. Those will fill you up and help you burn body fat.

Finally, you need to switch to the Turbulence Training fat loss System. You'll do only three short workouts per week, combining bodyweight exercises, supersets, and interval training to help you lose up to 10 pounds per month.

And you can do all of this in the comfort of your own home. All you need are dumbbells, a bench, and an exercise ball to lose belly fat. You don't need fancy machines or an expensive gym membership.
