Burn Tummy Fat

If you are sick and tired of being embarrassed by your little belly, then it is time for you to burn tummy fat and get a flat stomach. And you can do this in only a few short weeks if you use the right diet and the most effective exercise plan.

Fortunately, these are both very simple. First, you need to cut back your carbs if you want to burn tummy fat. No more breakfast cereals (these are often full of sugar and even deadly trans-fats), juices, sugar in your coffee, muffins, donuts, or pastries. You’ll even get more results if you stop eating so much bread and pasta.

Instead of eating those types of carbs, eat more fruits and vegetables, as well as raw nuts, healthy fats (from fish and nuts), and protein (from eggs, chicken, beef, and fish – or if you are vegetarian, from beans and vegan protein powders).

Research shows that even 300 hours of cardio in a year will help you lose only 4-6 pounds. That’s at least 50 hours of cardio per pound! Isn’t that ridiculous? Who has that kind of time to waste?

At least fitness experts who recommend yoga and pilates are on the right track, although both yoga and pilates can only help so much.
