Title: Is Turbulence Training for You?

Is Turbulence Training for you?

If you are a busy man or woman that needs to lose fat fast, but you
are struggling with your current routine of long workouts and little
results, then you need to see how the Turbulence Training success
stories are changing their bodies.

Q: Craig, I weigh over 250 pounds. Heck, it's a lot closer to 300
pounds. I haven't really exercised in a while either, but I feel
pretty good otherwise. No aches or pains. Can I still do your
Turbulence Training program? Will I be able to do interval training?

ANSWER:
This is a really popular question. The good news is that I've
worked personally with many men that are over the 300 pound mark,
and we've successfully incorporated the Turbulence Training
principles into their workouts.

You just have to:
- Get clearance from your doctor that you are ready to start an
exercise program
- Start with the introductory and beginner Turbulence Training
phases.

I include beginner level workouts in all of my manuals. There are
step-by-step guidelines on how to get started, including a
day-by-day 21-quick start guideline for beginners. It will show you
how to turn your unhealthy lifestyle around in just three weeks.

As for the interval training, please remember this: It is all
relative. You don't have to run sprints up a hill in order to call
your workout an interval workout.

You might simply increase your treadmill walking speed from 3.3mph
to 3.6mph for 1 minute and then drop it back down. Those are the
correct intervals for your relative fitness level. As you improve,
you will be able to work harder. But never worry about comparing
yourself to others.

Also, Dr. Chris Mohr, Ph.D., has included specific calorie and
protein recommendations for overweight individuals. The TT Fat Loss
Nutrition Guidelines will keep you on track for fat loss.

"At mid-life, pushing 300 pounds, and highly skeptical of
quick-fixes, I learned of Turbulence Training and decided it was a
program which made sense. It's about hard work, sensible eating,
and getting stronger. I found the efficiency of the program to be
appealing. In less than an hour, 3 to 4 times per week, the
workouts are manageable on a busy schedule. It produced not only
weight loss of close to 60 pounds; my strength increased rather
dramatically."

Q: Has your Turbulence Training program worked for women, or is it
just for male fat loss? I want a program that works on my butt, not
just my biceps. Help!

ANSWER:
Don't worry, the Turbulence Training program is not gender
specific. All of the great exercises that are in the program will
work on the muscle groups that both men and women want to focus on.
After all, who doesn't want a firmer butt, flatter abs, and a
better chest?

Best of all, the efficient and effective exercise group that I
mentioned earlier includes squats, lunges, presses, and rows. These
exercises are essential for both men and women, and will give you
the total package regardless of gender.

Here's one woman's feedback...

"I'm almost 45 years old with 3 kids and after finishing the
Turbulence Training program I've seen some REMARKABLE results in
just 4 months. I've never seen myself this good (fit) in my whole
entire life even when I was in my 20's. I was never over weight but
I was never this tone either. I think everyone who have failed
doing all sorts of fitness/diet program should really try yours
because it REALLY works because IT WORKED FOR ME and I even did it
with VERY little or almost NO cardio. I'm not a big fan of cardio,
in fact I don't like it at all. I used to hate working out because I
dread the fact that I will be in my gym for hours sweating my
behind off, but with your continuous effort and support to help
people like me, individually, I now accomplished something I have
never done before. Your workout program is the BEST! It's not
boring and dreading like other programs I've done before, but most
importantly, it REALLY does WORK!"

Q: I'm 45 years old, and no longer involved in sports - too busy
with family and work. But I stay active with cardio and I even lift
weights. But I just can't lose fat, and I want to lose my love
handles. Is this program for me?

ANSWER:
Thanks for your email and question. We've had clients in their 70's
use Turbulence Training, not too mention the dozens of men and
women in their 50's and 60's that have used the program. Our oldest
Turbulence Training user is 82!

So at 45 years young, you're easily a candidate for Turbulence
Training, as long as your doctor has cleared you for exercise, of
course. Always check with your doctor before starting a new exercise
program.

You have got a long and healthy life in front of you, but you don't
intend to slow down with age, and that's why you want to get in and
out of the gym as quickly as possible. So the three Turbulence
Training workouts per week should be perfect for your lifestyle.

I look forward to hearing how you like the workouts, and let me
know how many pushups you can do!

"I've been living a fit lifestyle for about two years now. (I'm 45).
Lost about 30 pounds doing traditional cardio and weight training.
(Had to do cardio six days a week for results, however!) But
finally hit a rock-hard plateau. Couldn't drop that last 10 pounds.
Started doing the TT program 4 weeks ago (started with the
intermediate program) and it's been fantastic. I only work out
three times a week (weight training and intervals on the same day.)
I've already broken my plateau, with two-three pounds of fat loss,
plus I don't dread going to the gym anymore for my old obligatory
45 minutes of steady-state running on the track.) Bottom line, TT
is an impressive, well-thought-out program that works...and it's
realistic for a man with kids and a career."

"I have only been using TT a few short weeks, but I am already
seeing results. I'm gaining strength and endurance while toning up,
plus the variety keeps me motivated. Thanks."
Lynne Krulich

"I love the training program, I have been going to the gym for over
a year with zero results. Your program gives direction and a place
to start. A couple of weeks into the program and I am already
getting great results, I can tell the program is working and is
going to work. Thanks for your program I am very happy."
