Dear Turbulence Training Reader,
A few months back, my friend Matt Smith challenged me to try a Tough Mudder race in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Basically, it’s a 10 mile race where you run, get dirty, and go through strength obstacles.
To give you an idea… Trench Warfare, Electroshock Therapy, Everest, and Hanging Tough were just four of the twenty-four obstacles I battled through en route to a finish time of 2 hours and 55 minutes.
And after having gone through that and immediately signing up for Toronto’s own Tough Mudder event I can honestly say there’s NO WAY I would have finished that quickly if I hadn’t first trained with the TT Adventure Race Training workout program.
And just so you know that I’m not biased…
… one gentleman who did the race with us, Scott Whitlock, a 45-year old medical device salesman, said the TT ART program prepared him so well for the Tough Mudder that he thought it was easy and could have done another one on the same day! (Scott’s time was 2 hours and 55 minutes for the Beaver Creek Course).
And that’s exactly why I put together this one-of-a-kind workout program.
You’ll train as though you’re preparing to compete in one of the most physically demanding races Tough Mudder even if you have ZERO interest in competing in one. Compete or not, you’ll still walk away with an AWESOME body and PEAK fitness.
