The year 2011 was a big one for Metabolic Resistance Training, but in reality, MRT is just getting bigger and bigger as time goes on. Take the beginning of 2012 for example…
… it marked the latest release in the TT 2K workout series, an annual workout program I created that features only the best TT training methods from the previous year. But this year I tried something different.
This time, I combined all of 2011’s proven fat burning and muscle building MRT methods and tweaked them for an added muscle building effect.
I call it Muscle-Metabolic Resistance Training, or M-MRT for short.
By borrowing some squeezing techniques from Big Ben Pakulski the Bodybuilder, your workouts just got better, more intense, and more effective for building muscle and burning fat at the SAME time.
You’ll use NEW exercise tempos, which force your body to train with MORE intensity and train your muscles more intensely. PLUS, some exercises are done at 90% of the movement because stopping 10% short, and squeezing, places way MORE tension on the muscles.
I’ll be honest, I’ve been training for over 20 years and I can’t ever remember my legs feeling exactly like they did after workout A in this program. Enjoy.
