After you’ve done 4 weeks, you can just switch the main exercises to Front Squats (from Squats), Close-Grip Bench Press (from regular bench) and Deadlifts (from Snatch-Grip Deadlift) to do another 4 weeks.
You’ll combine high reps and low reps to work every single muscle fiber for RAPID muscle growth.
So don’t be surprised if you need new shirts after 8 weeks on this program. Oh, and I haven’t forgotten about your lower body either because the “Leg Crusher” found in Workout A will balance out your new rock-hard quads with your bulging pecs.
