I just want to warn you though, this workout is going to blast away the fat in no time at all, but only if you put in the work! In fact, TT 300 will require effort like no other TT workout ever before. So, are you up for the challenge?
INTENSE and ADVANCED, this 4-week 300 Fat Loss program includes my regular TT fat burning system of two total-body workouts, using both bodyweight and dumbbell exercises that will blast belly fat fast without the need for long, slow boring cardio.
