10 Minute Workout

I shocked them in Boston, as usual, with this 10 minute fat burning workout.

Late last week I arrived in Boston to visit two of my former clients from
Toronto. They had moved down for work, and with the arrival of two
little "Juniors", their workouts had slipped from the daily schedule...I'm
sure many of you know how it is.

But for my entire trip, I kept on repeating, "You only need to workout for
10 minutes to get results." They were skeptical...

Now sure, 10 minutes isn't as good as a full 45-minute TT workout, but it's
better than nothing.

People are always shocked by how little you really need to do to lose fat.
You don't need to train as much as an Olympian.

BUT you have to workout hard. And you might not like that. But let's be
honest, that's the truth.

If you are crunched for time but still want to burn fat, you have to do it
MY WAY, and put "Turbulence" on your muscles.

So if you are looking for instant, overnight 19 pound weight loss like they
promise you in infomercials or on the cover of Woman's World magazine, I am
NOT your guy.

But to help out you and my friend in Boston, I'll be sending him 10-15
minute workouts that he can do 2x's per week. As with most parents I've
talked to, abs are not the #1 priority for him, instead it's "keeping up
with the kids".

So if you are a busy, busy, BUSY parent (or dog owner!) who just wants to be
fitter to keep up with your kids (or dog!), I'll be sharing 10-minute
workouts on the TT Member's forum twice per week.

Here's his first workout. He's on holidays this week, so no dumbbell
exercises, but you'll see those in the future.

Monday's Bodyweight Circuit
- 10 reps of each exercise
- rest 30 seconds at the end of the circuit
- go through it 3-5 times

1) Prisoner Squat (bodyweight squat with hands clasped behind head - pull
your elbows back!)
2) Pushups
3) Lunges
4) Plank - 20 second hold

This is the ONLY workout I'll be giving away, but he gets them for free
because he and his wife were long-time clients in Toronto. But I'll also be
posting each workout in the TT Member's Workout Forum, so you can get them
for FREE there.
